Follow these steps to setup your return policy and details to inform your customer's about how you handle returns. Once entered here, we will automatically add this information to the packing slip and on your web site under policies.
- Go to Sell --> Commerce --> Commerce Settings
- Check "I would like to allow a return policy for orders on my site."
- You can now provide the policy details and return address.
The return policy is displayed from a link on the shopping cart page. You can also link to it directly via /info/returnpolicy after any registered domain name in PeopleVine.
The return instructions and return address are displayed on the packing slip.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all products purchased from our web site provided that they were not previously used. All items must be in original packaging.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization code. Place the code inside the box (on a piece of paper) and ship back to our return address. We encourage you to insure the item as we're not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
