Get notified when someone completes a TouchPoint

One of the first things we recommend you doing is to setup notification as soon as an action is completed.  There are two ways to do this: 

  1. Setup global notifications that come when any activity is completed
  2. Setup notifications when a specific action is completed

Follow the steps below to setup these campaigns:

Setup global notifications that come when any activity is completed

When activating a global notification, we will automatically send you an email or SMS as soon as the action is completed.  Within the email, you'll get the details and quick links to view and act upon it.

To setup the global notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel
  2. Click on Hello, {Name} and click on View Alerts


  3. Click on Enable Alerts to pull up the general alert menu
  4. Select the alerts that you would like to be notified of.  Keep in mind we will send you an email or sms for any of those actions when they are completed.

Once you click save, you will now see which alerts you're subscribed to.

 

Setup notifications when a specific action is completed

To subscribe to notifications on specific customer activities, navigate to the dashboard of the item you wish to be notified about (a survey, for example) and click Notify Me (see example below).

Then you will be able to choose how you wish to be notified (email or text message), set a specific time frame (e.g. during a particular marketing campaign), and even choose specific customers from your CRM database.
