How do I add new users to our PeopleVine account?

You can view current users and add more to your company by clicking on your company name and then Manage Users.

To invite a new user to the platform, simply click on Invite New User and the system will prompt you for their first name and e-mail address.

We currently support a few permission levels for users:

  • Administrator: Full Access, Create/Modify Users, Manage Billing
  • Standard User: Full Access to Modules, Unable to Create/Modify Users or Manage Billing
  • Account Rep: Full Access to Platform but can only see details on their customers
  • API Account: Used only to access the API (can not log into the Control Panel)


Only Administrators are able to invite new users.
