Solution
Provide digital membership cards (for iPhone and Android) in addition to printable cards. Use the online event calendar and ticketing tools for easy class registration, and provide incentives based on points earned for completing various activities (attending classes, meeting with a personal trainer, etc.). Automate billing and follow-up newsletters to keep members engaged even when they aren't at the gym.
Results
