Challenge
Choice Living's business model covered everything from memberships and recurring billing, to marketing and customer relations, to finding a health provider. Running all of these tasks from separate programs would have been daunting, and expensive.
Solution
PeopleVine provided an all-inclusive platform to deliver and manage every aspect of their business. Their web site was built via PeopleVine Content, their membership billing was run on the PeopleVine Memberships and Recurring Billing tools, and every phone call was tracked via PeopleVine CRM: all aspects of their business were running on one integrated platform.
Results
By combining PeopleVine's Membership and Recurring Billing tools, Choice Living was able to provide their members with both digital and printable versions of their membership ID cards which remained active or became expired based on their payment status. This meant Choice Living spent less time managing membership card validity and was able to focus instead on growing their business.
ChoiceLiving.com was powered entirely by PeopleVine Content including their front page rotating banners, provider directory, signup page, FAQs, and even member access panel. On the back end, the Choice Living team was able to track provider profile views, identify the most visited pages, and put a name to each visitor.
